From decentralized coordination to organizational intelligence
We spent years designing governance systems for decentralized networks. Now we're bringing those lessons — plus AI — to every organization ready to move beyond hierarchy.
Make organizations as smart as the people inside them
Most organizations waste their people's potential on coordination overhead — relaying information, chasing approvals, and maintaining documentation that's always out of date. We believe AI can eliminate that waste entirely, giving every person the context and autonomy to do their best work.
DAOs taught us how to make coordination explicit. AI makes it automatic.
Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) forced teams to make everything explicit: permissions, ownership, treasury flows, decision rights, and coordination protocols. There was no manager to relay context. There was no hierarchy to route approvals. Everything had to be visible, auditable, and composable.
We spent years in the trenches — designing governance for ecosystems that distributed over $50M in funding, building coordination tools for globally distributed teams, and writing the book (literally — published by Penguin Random House) on how to do it well.
Then AI changed the game. The same design principles that made DAOs work — explicit coordination, shared context, composable capabilities, and edge autonomy — suddenly became useful for every organization. With AI agents, you could automate the coordination layer entirely.
That's why we built Corgtex — an AI-native workspace OS that creates an organizational brain, deploys autonomous agents, and implements self-management governance. Less hierarchy. Less bureaucracy. More autonomy. More impact.
