Jan "Puncar" Brezina co-authored the Penguin Random House book "How to DAO" (Portfolio, 2025, with Kevin Owocki; foreword by Don Tapscott) and leads the practice. The book is the practice's strongest independently published credibility asset. No client names, testimonials, or case studies are currently published on this site. Block and Coinbase are attributed public illustrations, not How to DAO clients, partners, or endorsements.

## Contact and privacy

The readiness diagnostic contains twelve questions across decision rights, organizational context, oversight, and workflow readiness. Answers and scores remain in browser session storage and may be represented in a shareable URL fragment, which is not sent to the server. The optional result handoff sends contact details and a server-verified score summary only after explicit consent.

The contact form collects a name, email address, organization, optional role, message, and response consent. When Resend delivery is configured, the website sends the inquiry to the How to DAO mailbox without writing it to a website database or local file. If delivery is unavailable, the visitor can use the email fallback. Cookieless first-party measurement accepts only a fixed set of coarse events; it does not accept or log contact fields, raw URLs, referrers, diagnostic answers, scores, result bands, or archetypes. No diagnostic request is made before an explicit result handoff.
